Job Description:
A company is looking for an Engineering Manager for Web
Application Development.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, coach, supervise, and technically guide a team of
engineers to develop innovative solutions
Drive the creation and continuous improvement of customer-facing
interactive web applications
Collaborate closely with API teams and other departments to ensure
seamless integration and optimal functionality of web
applications
Required Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent
experience
5+ years of relevant industry experience in web application
development
1+ years of experience in a technical leadership or management
role
Strong proficiency in modern front-end technologies
Experience with Agile development methodologies and project
management tools
